Lauren Bennett, Board-Certified Physician Assistant, joined Wilson Dermatology in February 2021. Lauren is a North Carolina native and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then earned her Masters of Medical Science degree through Emory University School of Medicine’s Physician Assistant program, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

After graduating from Physician Assistant School, Lauren joined the Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Dermatology at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, California. She practiced Pediatric Dermatology for three years before moving to Cleveland, Ohio. Lauren has spent the past five years practicing General Dermatology, seeing patients of all ages, with the Department of Dermatology at Metro Health Medical Center, Cleveland’s County Hospital System.

Lauren is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and has served as education faculty at Case Western University’s and Baldwin Wallace University’s Physician Assistant programs.
