Mallory Krispinsky, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant who specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology at Carolina Mountain Dermatology. Mallory grew up in rural Missouri and attended Saint Louis University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Occupational Sciences and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

She has worked in dermatology for 13 years and is a Diplomate of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She prides herself on building lasting relationships with patients, truly listening to them, and ensuring they feel cared for.

In addition to her extensive knowledge of medical dermatology, she is highly trained in cosmetic dermatology, including Botox and other neurotoxins, all types of filler, biostimulatory injections, and sclerotherapy. She continues to train with top injectors and stays up to date on the latest treatments. Mallory prefers a natural cosmetic look, which she provides in a relaxed, comfortable setting.
