I had a great experience yesterday with Dr. Leach and his staff ! I was a little nervous having squamous cell cancer on my cheek, but from the time I walked into the office, everyone was so friendly and kind, I immediately knew I was in the right place ! Everything about the procedure was thoroughly explained to me and I was given (written) and verbal instructions for my care. I felt well taken care of !

No one wants to have surgery on their face to remove skin cancer, but if you do, The Skin Surgery Center is the place to go. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel like you’re in caring and capable hands. Dr. Leach and the wonderful women he has surrounded himself with are truly outstanding. Everything is explained thoroughly before the procedure begins, so you know exactly what to expect and feel completely at ease. Dr. Leach’s skill is remarkable. His suturing is so precise that once you’ve healed, it’s difficult to even find the scar. I highly recommend Dr. Leach and his entire staff. They make an experience that no one looks forward to as comfortable, reassuring, and positive as possible.

Dr. Leach is an excellent physician. I had a basal cell carcinoma on my nose in 2017. Every day I look in the mirror I see his excellent work.Even the local physician who took my stitches out, asked who did my work and said how impressed he was -After being diagnosed with a sarcoma on my temple in 2026, my dermatologist tried to Refer a MOHS Surgeon in their practice. I said no thanks, please send that referral to Dr. Leach-So I made the 2 1/2 hour journey to Mount Pleasant For someone I trust and someone who does excellent work. Five stars.
